On June 13, entrepreneur, journalist and previous Canadian diplomat Scott Gilmore addressed an NECBC luncheon  on Canada-U.S. relations, and about whether the “American Dream” may have actually moved north. The event was held at Foley & Lardner LLP in Boston. Mr. Gilmore noted that the uncertainty currently being generated by the U.S. in its relationships with Canada and other nations offers Canada an opportunity. “Canada now has more swagger,” he said, and “Canada is beginning to redefine itself.” Shown here are (l to r) NECBC President Jon Sorenson, Scott Gilmore, Aaron Johnson, and Canada's Consul General David Alward.
